Sizes, fit and positioning
| Model | Dimensions | Use | Positioning examples |
|---|---|---|---|
| All Up® Universal | 50 × 50 × 8 cm | Multifunctional single-patient cushion | Under back, buttocks, between legs, folded for higher support |
Fitting rule: the product should remain soft and flexible after inflation. The pressure-relieved body area must be lifted or supported without hard compression, strap marks or localised pressure. Skin condition, device position and air volume should be checked daily according to the care plan.
Setup and safety instructions
- Unfold the cushion and place it flat with the valve and Stop Up® band accessible.
- Insert the adapter or blowpipe into the self-closing valve.
- Inflate until the Stop Up® band breaks during first setup, then remove the tube.
- Close the valve and attach the protective sticker if supplied.
- Help the user into the desired position and place the cushion where pressure relief is required.
- Check that the cushion remains soft, flexible and supportive rather than hard.
- Review positioning and skin condition daily; adjust the air volume when needed.
Important safety information: do not overinflate. A hard air cushion does not provide optimal pressure relief and may create unwanted pressure on the limb or soft tissue. Do not use steam cleaning, autoclaves, caustic chemicals, abrasive pads or sharp tools. Replace the product if it loses air, the outer layer is damaged or the fixing system no longer holds securely.
Medical device notice: this is a medical device. Use it according to the instructions for use, the product label and local clinical procedures.
